Delivery and implementation of the agreement

All goods and services are delivered to the address specified by you in your order. Haute Unique can in no way be held responsible for errors committed by the customer when entering the delivery and / or billing address and which may lead to delays in the delivery or the inability to deliver the ordered products.

When an item is in stock, it will be delivered to your delivery address in 2 to 30 business days, depending on the destination. These delivery times are indicative and therefore no rights can be derived from this.

If a product is not in stock, the customer will be informed by e-mail. The product is canceled or an alternative can be chosen. The canceled product will be refunded or, if an alternative product is ordered, the excess / underpayment will be refunded / additionally invoiced.


If we cannot deliver on time, we will always notify you before the scheduled delivery period has expired. If we do not do this, you can cancel your order free of charge. In that case, we will refund you no later than 30 days after termination.

Our shipments are always at our risk. So you don't have to worry about goods lost in the mail. However, if you return goods to us within 14 days of delivery because you prefer not to keep them, you are responsible for the transport.


We cannot be held responsible for any consequential damage due to late delivery or non-delivery by the carrier that appointed the company. Our liability in such cases is limited to the value of the items shown to have not been received by the customer.

Items ordered through this web shop are shipped worldwide, depending on the destination and the amount spent, shipping costs are charged.

As a rule, this is:

Shipping to: The Netherlands, France, Luxembourg and Germany Free from 150 euros
Shipping within the EU: Free from 350 euros

The delivery is done by Bpost.

Unless otherwise agreed or expressly determined otherwise, the goods are delivered to the Client's place of residence within 30 days of receipt of the order.

Retention of title

The delivered items remain the exclusive property of Haute Unique until full payment by the Customer.

If necessary, the Customer undertakes to inform third parties of Haute Unique's retention of title, for example to anyone who would seize articles that have not yet been paid in full.

Right of withdrawal

The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who, in their capacity as consumers, purchase articles online from Haute Unique.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Haute Unique (Brugsesteenweg 15, 8531 Hulste - 0495 46 91 80 - [email protected]) by an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail) its decision to withdraw from the contract. The Customer can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but is not obliged to do so.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, the Customer must send his notice of his exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired, ie 1 calendar day.

The Customer must return or hand over the goods to Haute Unique Brugsesteenweg 15, 8531 Hulste immediately, but in any event no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the agreement to Haute Unique. The Customer is on time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are for the account of the Customer.

The Customer is requested to return the items in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories supplied with it, and instructions for use.If the returned product has somehow decreased in value, Haute Unique reserves the right to hold the Customer liable. and claim damages for any depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods by the Customer that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

All returned items are carefully examined. The starting point is that the consumer may only inspect the article as he should in a store. Returned items may be fitted, but may not be used. When an item has been impaired by the use of the Customer, this will be charged to the Customer.

If the Customer revokes the agreement, Haute Unique will refund all payments received from the Customer up to that time, including the standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days after Haute Unique has been informed of the Customer's decision to With sales contracts, Haute Unique can wait with the repayment until he has received all the goods back, or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Any additional costs resulting from the choice of the Customer for a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Haute Unique will not be refunded.

Haute Unique reimburses the Customer with the same payment method with which the Customer performed the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not be charged for such refund.

The Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for:

  • Service contracts after the full performance of the service if performance has begun with the express prior consent of the Customer, and provided that the Customer has acknowledged that he loses his right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully executed
  • The delivery of goods manufactured according to the Customer's specifications, or which are clearly intended for a specific person;
  • The delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery;
  • Agreements concluded during a public auction;
  • Lingerie pants such as, strings, briefs, open styles, ... for hygienic reasons

Warranty

Under the Act of 21 September 2004 on the protection of consumers when selling consumer goods, consumers have statutory rights. This legal warranty applies from the date of delivery to the first owner. Any commercial warranty is without prejudice to these rights.

To invoke the warranty, the Customer must be able to provide proof of purchase. Customers are advised to keep the original packaging of the goods.

For items purchased online and delivered to the Client's home, the Client must contact Haute Unique and return the item at its own cost to Haute Unique, Brugsesteenweg 15, 8531 Hulste.


When a defect is found, the Customer must inform Haute Unique as soon as possible. In any case, any defect must be reported by the Customer within 2 months of its discovery. Afterwards, any right to repair or replacement lapses.

The (commercial and / or legal) warranty never applies to defects that arise as a result of accidents, neglect, falls, use of the article contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, failure to comply with the instructions for use or manual, modifications or changes to the item, heavy use, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect use.

Defects that manifest themselves after a period of 6 months following the date of purchase, if applicable delivery, are deemed not to be hidden defects, unless the Client proves otherwise.
